Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Crystal Cliff Investment t/a Canvas Printing (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether through our website, social media platforms, or direct communication. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Custom Orders
All canvases are custom-made according to the images, sizes, and specifications provided by the customer. Due to the personalised nature of our products, customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before paying for the order.
3. Orders, Payment & Acceptance of Terms
Full payment is required before any order is processed.
By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
Payment constitutes acceptance of all policies contained herein, including our refund and returns policy.
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled unless agreed to in writing by us.
4. Production & Delivery
Our standard production and delivery timeframe is 7–10 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.
5. Refund & Returns Policy (IMPORTANT)
We do offer refunds, subject to the conditions below:
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
The canvas(es) must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, unused, undamaged, and properly packaged.
All returned items will be inspected before any refund is approved.
5.2 No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
More than 7 days have passed since the order was received.
The canvas(es) show signs of damage, wear, use, or alteration.
The issue relates to customer-supplied images (including but not limited to low resolution, poor quality, cropping, or colour expectations).
The customer changes their mind after delivery (After 7 day have passed).
5.3 Return Shipping
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
5.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will only be processed once the returned canvas(es) have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of the damage, product, and packaging must be provided.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
7. Image Quality Disclaimer
We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from:
Low-resolution images
Screenshots
Images downloaded from social media or messaging platforms
Compressed or edited files supplied by the customer
By submitting an image, you confirm that it is suitable for printing and that you accept the final print outcome.
8. Intellectual Property
By submitting images to us, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to reproduce the content. Crystal Cliff Investment t/a Canvas Printing will not be held liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied material.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
